OceanFolx Anonymous Misconduct Report Form

This form provides a safe and confidential way to report any misconduct within the OceanFolx community.

Process: All reports are taken seriously and will be reviewed by a third-party advocate to assess and address the situation appropriately. Investigations may include contacting witnesses or other parties involved. Any follow-up with the reporter will only occur if they have consented to be contacted. Reports are handled confidentially, with access strictly limited to those responsible for managing misconduct cases.

Confidentiality and Data Protection: Your anonymity will be respected. Only designated staff and the third-party advocate will have access to the information provided. Data will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to address the report.

Anti-Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone who submits a report in good faith is strictly prohibited. If you experience retaliation, it should be reported immediately.

Providing detailed and accurate information helps us investigate and respond effectively. Knowingly submitting false or misleading information may result in accountability.
